Today its hard to be a leader for anything from a boss at work, to a leader in you home town church. In a way we try to give our efforts into the position we have and end up making it too personal by following our needs and wants. Its hard all because we put ourself into it not knowing who we should really follow as a leader. The book of Jonah reminds me where God his given Jonah simple mission to preach to Nineveh but he runs from God all because he has his own ideas!

We need to sit down and wounder are we serving God or serving ourself? But lets go deep into the study to see what God has given us, like talen, skills, qualities or ablities. For example; God could see a natural born leader in Moses, but Moses himself kept avoiding it and questioning God. Who me a leader, no find someone els to lead the people! Thats where we get off course, because we want to serve God but only in our comfort zone.

If God has opened areas to use you talens, skills or qualities, then take the mission God has given you right now! You see when your kids join a sports team you don't tell them to be part of the team and ask the coach to give the possion your child wants.... no! When you join a team, your saying I am giveing my all, my commintment, my skills, and/or my time to be part of this team that I want to be part of. So we need to stand up to God by giving our ALL, not 92% but 100% and take the mission God has given you because He see' something special inside your heart!

Are you ready to take the mission God has given you, today? Are you ready to pray for commitment and just trust in God? Are you ready to give your all to Him, now? Lets pray together, lets talk to God today! Are you with me?
